I’m Bill Dwyer, a strategy and marketing consultant interested in engagements where my participation can increase enterprise value by raising revenues and/or lowering costs.

  • As CEO of TAOS – The Sys Admin Company from 1992 – 2001. Took company from $3 million to $90 million annual revenues with exceptional margins derived from radical differentiation.
  • As CFO of Sterling Federal Systems, I guided the financial performance and administrative compliance of a $60 million federal contractor serving NASA and DOD.
  • I have authored over 100 federal and commercial proposals, primary player in two ground breaking contract award protests both of which resulted in a directed award to my firm.
